Rental Terms
A deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 10 weeks prior to the departure date, the breakage deposit is also required when paying the reservation deposit.
Cancellation Charge
Up to 10 week prior to departure loss of deposit. Between 10 and 4 weeks prior to departure date 50%. 4 weeks prior to departure date 100%
Breakage Deposit
Please note a £300 refundable breakage deposit will be payable upon booking, and will be refunded within 7 days after check out date, subject to breakages found.
Travel Insurance
Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance. Aile Villa will not be liable for any losses or accidents
